13.09.2018: London, England

We landed in London at 9:30 am local time, and having had a child screaming for the entire flight, we were pretty groggy. But, we got the hang of the train and didn't have any issues finding our Air BnB , other than a snarky cabbie in Peckham that refused to take us with our bags... so the double decker it was!

Having napped for longer than we planned (like 3 hours longer), we still got out to central London in decent time and got to see a few things on our walk along the Thames. There was a bus stop not far from where we were staying and we took one right to Tower Bridge and made our way from there, which was lovely. The weather was gorgeous also, especially compared to the snow we saw everyone got at home the same day!

We stopped for supper right outside St. Paul's Cathedral at a place called Coppa's, and it was delicious. We both got the penne carbonara (Justyne, you would've approved) with coppa on it... and we both are still unsure of what that exactly is because we didn't notice anything out of the ordinary haha. Must be slang for something, so we'll try to figure that one out.
