16.10.2018: Geneva, Switzerland

We got to beautiful Geneva, Switzerland yesterday and made our way to our rental place in Vetraz-Monthoux, France, which is about 30 minutes from the city. The language barrier has got the best of me a few times, and am really wishing we had received more French education in school!

Today we toured Old Town Geneva, as well as the main streets, which we really enjoyed. We had a gorgeous day, with 20 degree weather and constant sunshine. Tomorrow we are going to Gruyere (where the cheese is from!) to have a picnic and explore the town.

We went back to the cathedral to do the bell tower tour, and were fortunate enough to sit in and listen to an orchestra practicing for their concert featuring works by Mozart tonight

Zweifel Chips! We have had a bag of these in our house since we were little, sent to us by family friends who lived in Switzerland. It was great to finally be able to try some!
